What is the difference between the packages?

The difference between packages is the type of accommodation provided.

Can I choose my roommate?

Yes. We will send a form where you can fill out who you would like to share a cabin/room with and we will try our best to accommodate your preferences.

Do you need to bring sheets/pillows/towels? Or will that be provided?

Sheets and pillows will be provided for all packages except Treehuggin' but please bring your own towel.

Will cabins be gender specific?

Yes, unless otherwise specified.

How many band activities can I do?

Your package will include one band activity with each band member.

How many activities can I do?

You can do as many as your schedule allows.

Payment

What credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted on the site.

If I buy a Camp Mars package and cannot go, can I get refund?

No, our packages are non-refundable.

If I purchase under the payment plan, can I get a refund?

No, our packages are non-refundable.

Can I buy a package for a friend?

Yes, but make sure the Will Call name matches the name of the person attending camp. Packages are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferrable.

How does the Payment Plan work?

Payment Plans will be available as an option for certain packages until February 28, 2017. At time of purchase, customers will be charged 20% down payment, and three more charges will follow in 20% increments on the following dates: March 15, April 15, May 15, and June 15, 2017. Please also check out the Terms and Conditions for the Payment Plan

What if I miss one of my payments on the payment plan?

If a customer misses a payment there will be a ten-day grace period to contact customer service and give us a new form of payment. If the customer fails to contact us and send over new payment form, Camp Mars package will be cancelled.

Can I upgrade my package if I have a payment plan?

No, customers cannot do any upgrades during the payment plan period.

Camp Ground

Will alcoholic drinks be available at Camp?

No, Camp Mars is a sober camp.

Will parking be available?

Yes, a limited quantity of spaces will be available to purchase.

Can I buy a parking pass and sleep in my car?

No, Parking lots are only for parking. Park Rangers will be patrolling the lots.

Will smoking be allowed at camp?

Yes, but only in the authorized smoking sections.

Will Vape’s or E-Cigs be allowed?

Yes, only to be used at the smoking section.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Will all meals be provided?

Yes, we will be providing all meals during camp. (Pre-Breakfast, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner at pre-scheduled times, and snacks/beverage will be available all day).

What if I have allergies or special dietary requirements?

We will have a form that you will fill out and specify any nutritional/dietary needs.

General Info

I am under 18. Can I attend Camp Mars with a guardian?

No, all camp attendees have to be 18+.

Will Camp Mars provide medical staff on site?

Yes, we will have medical staff on site at all times.

Can I bring a professional camera?

No, professional cameras will not be allowed. Removable lens cameras are considered professional.

Are lockers available to store valuable items?

No, lockers are not available. We suggest you leave valuables at home or bring a lock for your suitcase. Camp Mars will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

How hot will it get in the day and how hot will it get at night?

It will be hot throughout the day high 80’s to 90’s F or high 20’s to mid 30’s C. At night it can be as cold as low 60’s F/15C.

Will merchandise be available at Camp?

Yes, a Merch store will be set up at camp. Cash and all major credit cards will be accepted.

Will shuttles be provided within camp?

Yes, only disabled golf cart shuttles will be provided and will be making stops at different locations of camp.

Will Camp have charging stations for Cell phones?

Yes, we will have a charging station at the Information desk.

Handicap/Special Circumstances

Is camp handicap accessible?

Yes, however please inform us about your needs at camp@adventuresinwonderland.com. to ensure we can provide everything you require.

Are Camp Mars accommodations handicap accessible?

We have a limited number of handicap accessible accommodations available. Will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Will there be ADA Parking?

Yes, we do allocate ADA parking. Patrons must have handicap placards, plates and/or permits. As well as the proof that it belongs to them.

Can I bring my service animal?

Yes, service animals will be allowed. Please email camp@adventuresinwonderland.com. before to allocate the correct sleeping accommodations.

Will shuttles be provided within camp?

Yes, disabled golf cart shuttles will be provided and will be making stops at different locations of camp.
