Debuting in 2015, CAMP MARS is the first of its kind Summer Camp Festival and is a welcome departure for those looking to take a break from the mega festivals and their massive crowds.

An intimate and unique weekend, it allows its visitors to enjoy the fun, magic and community of Summer Camp experiences while also sharing in new adventures with others for the very first time.

Festival-goers can join activities such as yoga, hiking, drum circle, archery, meditation, a speaker series, 2 different performances by Thirty Seconds to Mars under the stars in Malibu, CA, and so much more.

PACKAGES

What is the difference between the packages?

The difference between packages is the type of accommodation provided.

Can I choose my roommate?

Yes. We will send a form where you can fill out who you would like to share a cabin/room with and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note that roommate preferences are subject to availability. Send your Camp Mars waiver as early as possible to make sure your preferences are honored!

Do you need to bring sheets/pillows/towels? Or will that be provided?

Towels will not be provided, please bring your own. Sheets and pillows will be provided for all packages except Treehuggin’.

Will cabins be gender specific?

Yes, unless otherwise specified.

When are band activities taking place?

How many band activities can I do?

Your package will include at least one band activity with each band member.

PAYMENT

What credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted on the site.

If I buy a Camp Mars package and cannot go, can I get refund?

No, our packages are non-refundable.

If I purchase under the payment plan, can I get a refund?

No, our packages are non-refundable.

Can I buy a package for a friend?

Yes, but make sure the will call name matches the name of the person attending camp. Packages are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferrable.

How does the Payment Plan work?

Payment Plans will be available as an option for certain packages until February 28, 2018. At time of purchase, customers will be charged 20% down payment, and four more charges will follow in 20% increments on the following dates: March 15, April 15, May 15, and June 15, 2018. Please also check out the Terms and Conditions for the Payment Plan

What if I miss one of my payments on the payment plan?

If a customer misses a payment there will be a ten-day grace period to contact customer service and give us a new form of payment. If the customer fails to contact us and send over new payment form, Camp Mars package will be cancelled.

Can I upgrade my package if I have a payment plan?

No, customers cannot do any upgrades during the payment plan period.

CAMP GROUND

Will alcoholic drinks be available at Camp?

No, Camp Mars is a dry camp.

Is marijuana allowed at Camp Mars now that it has been legalized in California?

No, even though recreational marijuana use is now legal in the state of California, Marijuana or marijuana products will not be permitted at Camp Mars. If that changes we will update this answer.

Will parking be available?

Yes, a limited quantity of spaces will be available to purchase.

Can I buy a parking pass and sleep in my car?

No, Parking lots are only for parking. Park Rangers will be patrolling the lots.

Will smoking be allowed at camp?

Yes, but only in the authorized smoking sections.

Will Vape’s or E-Cigs be allowed?

Yes, only to be used at the smoking section.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Will all meals be provided?

Yes, we will be providing all meals during camp. (Pre-Breakfast, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner at pre-scheduled times, and snacks/beverage will be available all day).

What if I have allergies or special dietary requirements?

We will have a form that you will fill out and specify any nutritional/dietary needs.

GENERAL INFO

Will Camp Mars provide medical staff on site?

Yes, we will have medical staff on site at all times.

Can I bring a professional camera?

No, professional cameras will not be allowed. Removable lens cameras are considered professional.

Are lockers available to store valuable items?

No, lockers are not available. We suggest you leave valuables at home or bring a lock for your suitcase. Camp Mars will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

How hot will it get in the day and how cold will it get at night?

It will be hot throughout the day high 80’s to 90’s F or high 20’s to mid 30’s C. At night it can be as cold as low 60’s F/15C.

Will merchandise be available at Camp?

Yes, a Merch store will be set up at camp. Cash and all major credit cards will be accepted.

Will shuttles be provided within camp?

Yes, only disabled golf cart shuttles will be provided and will be making stops at different locations of camp.

Will Camp have charging stations for cell phones?

Yes, we will have a charging station at the Information desk.

My VISA application did not get approved. Can I have a refund?

No, our packages are non-refundable. Please make sure you have all paperwork done before placing your order.

I need an address for my stay in the USA. Can I use Camp Mars' address?

No, Camp Mars cannot be your point of contact for visa/immigration matters.

What is will call name?

Will call name (first and last name), this will be the only person authorized to pick up the Camp Mars package on the day of the event. He/She must bring the receipt with the order number and his/her own photo ID.

I am purchasing for a friend. Do I have to specify my friend's full name and add it to the will call section?

Yes, you must specify the participant's full name and add it to the will call section. Will call name edits are not permitted.

Can I change the will call name?

Will call name edits are not permitted.

Does the will call name and print name (on the waiver) have to be identical?

Yes, the will call name you have added to the will call section MUST match with the PRINT NAME on the waiver. If not, your waiver will not be accepted.

WAIVER

Do I have to sign the Camp Mars waiver?

Yes, all participants must sign a waiver to participate at CAMP MARS.

How do I know that you have received my signed Camp Mars waiver?

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your Camp Mars waiver within 7 days.

I have not received an email confirming that you have received my Camp Mars waiver. What do I do?

HANDICAP/SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Is camp handicap accessible?

Yes, however please inform us about your needs at to ensure we can provide everything you require.

Are Camp Mars accommodations handicap accessible?

We have a limited number of handicap accessible accommodations available. Will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Will there be ADA Parking?

Yes, we do allocate ADA parking. Patrons must have handicap placards, plates and/or permits. As well as the proof that it belongs to them.

Can I bring my service animal?

Yes, service animals will be allowed. Please email before to allocate the correct sleeping accommodations.

Will shuttles be provided within camp?

RACCOON + GUARDIAN

Are there age restrictions for the Raccoon + Guardian Package?

Yes, the package may only be utilized by minors between the ages of 12 and 17 with an accompanying parent or legal guardian who must be 21 years or older. No minors under 12 years old will be permitted.

Will minors and their guardians stay in the same cabin?

No, there will be designated, staffed cabins for Raccoons (minors), and separate Guardian cabins nearby. Both cabins are open-air and shared with others. If you have any concerns regarding accommodation please reach out to .com

Will the Raccoon cabins be gender-specific?

Yes, unless otherwise specified.

Does the Raccoon’s +1 have to be a parent or legal guardian?

Yes - Parent or legal guardian.

Will the Raccoons have a curfew?

No.

Can Raccoons attend the Thirty Seconds To Mars Performances?

Yes.

Are there any areas or activities within Camp that Raccoons may not access?

Yes - these will be marked on the schedule (certain hikes, etc.).

Must the Raccoon and their guardian stay together at all times?

No - but Raccoons will need to remain with their designated counselor or group and may not be unsupervised at any time.

Does each Raccoon get the included merchandise?

Yes.

Does the Raccoon have to sign their own waiver?

No, the guardian or parent will sign for the minor(s).

Will each Raccoon get an individual photo with the band?
